LATE POLICY

1O MINUTES LATE = €10,00 extra

15(+) MINUTES LATE = THE APPOINTMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED WITHOUT A MESSAGES YOU WILL BE PUT ON THE BLACKLIST AND THE FULL AMOUNT WILL BE SENT TO COLLECTION AGENCY 

CANCEL

if you want to cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. If you fail to show up without any form of communication, you will be automatically be blocked on my system and noted on the black list. the outstanding payment will be forwarded to a collection agency

PLEASE NOTE !!!

- Your appointment time is an estimated time on how long it will roughly take to do your hair. Sometimes i do tend to run out, or be done much earlier, please bare this in mind. 

- If you come with extra company without communicating this, they will be asked to leave as the salon has limited space to hold other people.

- There is no free parking outside. Mon t/m sat 9:00am till 23:00 pm There can be minimal parking sometimes, so please give yourself to find parking elsewhere so you can still get to your appointment on time. 

My late policy also applies if you could not find a parking spot in the estimated time.

- I don’t work with aliexpres hair if you bring aliexpres bundles it can lead to cancellation! And you los your payment

- after you pay a deposit (appointment, pre order , cursus etc ) it’s not possible to get your money back you can get a voucher 

HAIR TERMS 

- Please come with your hair freshly washed and blowdried. If you are not able to blow dry your hair yourself, i will charge an additional fee of €30 to do so.

DEPOSITS

A deposit of 40% of your chosen service has to be payed to confirm your appointment. All deposits are included in the price of the chosen service. Please choose an available solt wisely, as all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of re-scheduling within the 48-hour grace period or cancellation on your behalf, another deposit will be required. 

If the appointment is rescheduled on our behalf, your deposit will NOT be lost.

- Please make sure your hair product free NO GREASE, NO OIL, NO LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER OR GEL ETC. Failure to comply can lead to cancellation. Or a hair wash off €50 if there is time to do it 

- If you are reusing your bundles, please make sure they are also freshly washed. If not it a €40 extra fee

PLEASE DONT BRING ALIEXPRES HAIR IT CAN LEAD TO CANCELLATION 

PRE ORDER POLICIES: 

We have a NO refund NO return policy so please proceed with full certainty before placing a online order to avoid any inconveniences. 

If the curl pattern don’t match after the advice of Cienrajhanleyy you can return the extensions and I will pre order new one

IT'S NOT POSSIBLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK YOU CAN GET ANOTHER TEXURE OF HAIR 

THIS IS ONLY AFTER MY ADVICE OF HAIR TYPE. 

If you need to cancel your appointment I can ship the hair for you or you can come get it.
