VIP Appointments
Appointments after 18:00 or on non-working days (Sunday & Monday) are considered VIP and include a €40 surcharge. To request a VIP booking, please contact me directly.

Late Arrival Policy
– Arrivals over 10 minutes late: €10 fee
– 15 minutes or more late: Appointment will be automatically cancelled.
– No-show without notice: You will be blacklisted and the outstanding amount will be forwarded to a collection agency.

Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours in advance.

– Cancellation/rescheduling 2 days prior: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
– Cancellation/rescheduling 1 day prior: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
– Same-day cancellation/rescheduling or no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

These terms are necessary due to the daily chair rental costs in the salon. Failure to comply may result in refusal of future bookings and outstanding payments being forwarded to a collection agency.

Important Reminders
– Appointment durations are estimates; delays or early completions may occur.
– No additional guests unless previously communicated — our space is limited.
– Paid street parking applies (Mon–Sat, 09:00–23:00). Please allow time to park to avoid late arrival penalties.
– We do not work with AliExpress, Temu, or Shein hair. Using such hair may lead to immediate cancellation and loss of payment.
 

Additional Note for Curly Bundles:
Curly bundles provided by clients can only be used for sew-in installations. Microlinks installations require high-quality hair that meets strict standards to prevent matting or damage. Unfortunately, many suppliers do not meet these standards, and in the past, clients have experienced severe tangling that sometimes resulted in cutting their natural hair.
 

The only approved suppliers for curly hair bundles suitable for microlinks are:
– @empresshairboutiq (we share the same trusted supplier and have collaborated in the past)
– @amourmyhair (tested and approved personally)
 

If you book an appointment with curly bundles, you will be asked to provide proof of purchase. Without this, the installation will automatically be a sew-in.

Deposits 
A 40% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your final service total. Cancellations are not allowed appointments can only be rescheduled.

Rescheduling within 72 hours or failing to show up will result in the loss of your deposit. If we need to reschedule on our end, your deposit will remain valid.

Hair Preparation
– Hair must be freshly washed, product-free (no oils, conditioners, gels, etc.) and blow-dried.
– Failure to comply may lead to a €50 wash fee or cancellation if time does not permit.
– Reused bundles must also be freshly cleaned. Otherwise, a €40 cleaning fee applies.

Microlinks Maintenance
We only offer microlinks maintenance for clients who have had their installation done by us. For all others, we recommend a removal and reinstallation service.
